Worm Drives

EMT OMEC’s comprehensive series of compact WGB Worm Gearboxes extend across a 0,18kW to 7,5kW power range with fixed output ratios. The frames are multi-mount in design allowing a range of motors to be equipped across a variety of box frames. These boxes combined with EMT OMEC Aluminium motors provide a simple and cost effective solution to fixed speed drives when standard motor speeds are to high. The Geared motors can be controlled via our variable speed drives to further enhance control of the final output
